We can all make a difference. Human behavior is the key to being cyber ready. Throughout Cybersecurity Awareness Month, CRI is issuing this challenge: Pledge to do one small thing every week to develop good cyber hygiene habits. Each week during October, we’ll issue a new challenge to address the Four Core issues that can make a real difference—strong passwords, software updates, phishing awareness, and secure file sharing.
Then start a chain and “challenge” at least one friend, colleague, or your employer to take simple steps that will make us all more secure. Make sure to keep the chain going so take the challenge, then pass it along. Here’s how you can get the chain started: Every Monday we’ll issue a new challenge on Twitter and LinkedIn. Share our post, adding your message.
Here’s an example: “I’m strengthening my passwords by adding multi-factor authentication where available. Take this #BeCyberReadyChallenge. It’s a small thing that can make a big difference.”
Complete the #BeCyberReadyChallenge and share your commitment to cyber readiness!
