Cyber Readiness Institute Now Accepting New Applications for Small Business Advisory Council

The Cyber Readiness Institute (CRI) is accepting applications for organizations to join its Small Business Advisory Council (SBAC). CRI established SBAC as a forum to convene small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and key members of the cybersecurity community to exchange ideas and concerns as large organizations establish new cybersecurity requirements for global supply chain partners.

Interested organizations can apply online here. The scope of activities for SBAC members will include joint development of content (programs, guides, etc.), new initiatives (partnerships, marketing campaigns, etc.), and thought leadership and networking efforts (two in-person meetings and regular working meetings throughout the year).

Individuals applying to represent their organizations must be responsible, or interested in being responsible, for cybersecurity at their organization. You must represent an organization with 1000 or fewer employees. In addition to SMBs, organizations that represent or support SMBs with a mission aligned with CRI are welcome to apply.

Applications for the SBAC will close on March 5. CRI will vet the applications and new members will be notified in early March.
