We are thrilled to congratulate Lessie Skiba, Deputy Managing Director of the Cyber Readiness Institute (CRI), on earning her Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential—one of the most respected certifications in the field of cybersecurity.
The CISSP credential validates the technical expertise, leadership skills, and broad-based knowledge required to design, implement, and manage robust cybersecurity programs. Achieving this certification requires five years of hands-on experience, a deep understanding of security principles, and a commitment to protecting organizations from ever-evolving threats.
Lessie brings an exceptional blend of leadership and innovation to her role at CRI. Prior to joining CRI, her career focused on cybersecurity and emerging technologies. She held positions at Nisos, a threat intelligence startup, and an early-stage venture capital firm evaluating and supporting cybersecurity investments. Lessie also serves as Chief of Staff at NetRise, a software supply chain security company, where she drives strategy and operational effectiveness.
By earning the CISSP credential, Lessie has further demonstrated her ability to lead and strengthen information security programs at the highest level. Her achievement not only reflects her personal dedication and expertise but also underscores CRI’s mission of empowering organizations—large and small—to build secure, resilient digital practices.
Please join us in congratulating Lessie on this outstanding professional milestone. Her accomplishment is an inspiration to the CRI team and to cybersecurity professionals everywhere who work to safeguard organizations in today’s complex and rapidly changing digital world.
