A pilot program is scheduled to launch later this year, with plans to expand into Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.

The initiative will include the certification of local coaches who will help guide participating organizations through the program. Lanaco will play a key role by delivering tailored, region-specific solutions, providing hands-on training, and implementing on-site cybersecurity projects. These efforts are designed help organizations protect their operations and strengthen the resilience of global supply chains.
“Cybersecurity is one of the most pressing challenges in today’s era of digital transformation. However, regional differences further complicate the effort to maintain secure digital ecosystems,” said Sasha Pailet Koff, Managing Director of CRI. “CRI is committed to building a resilient cybersecurity environment through accessible, actionable, and free tools that support small and medium-sized enterprises. I am excited about our collaboration with Lanaco, a regional leader in cybersecurity, to develop a platform that can make a real difference in safeguarding global value chains.”

We are embarking on a project with great potential to deliver a real, tangible impact in raising global cyber readiness, while carefully addressing regional needs. More details will be shared soon with the business community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
Under this collaboration, CRI will oversee the initiative’s strategic direction, define objectives, and monitor progress. CRI will also provide its core Cyber Readiness Program, which includes essential cybersecurity tools, proprietary training materials, and certification processes for regional coaches. These resources will help small and medium-sized enterprises build a culture of cyber readiness. Additionally, CRI will support Lanaco in adapting and implementing these resources to meet the specific needs of regional organizations.
Lanaco, as CRI’s regional partner, will lead efforts to localize CRI’s tools, deliver customized training aligned with CRI standards, recruit participants, and manage a team of CRI-certified coaches to ensure successful program delivery.
