The Cyber Readiness Institute (CRI) and Lanaco are launching a Cyber Readiness Pilot Program to help organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina strengthen cybersecurity and protect operations from digital threats. Through this initiative, participating companies gain free access to CRI’s globally recognized Cyber Readiness Program, developed by leaders from Microsoft, Mastercard, and T-Mobile, and receive hands-on guidance from CRI-certified local coaches trained by Lanaco. The program helps build a culture of cyber awareness, improve data protection, and enhance supply chain resilience through simple, actionable practices.

This pilot marks the first step in establishing a regional CRI chapter that will expand into Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. Companies of all sizes, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, are invited to join the pilot and take a proactive step toward a safer, more resilient digital future.

The Program focuses on human behavior with information on key cyber issues and transitions into a plan for implementation. Cyber Leaders are led through two sequential stages to first build a foundation of understanding and then turn that knowledge into action. Please see details below on each stage to complete.
